I am passionate about supporting transformational change at an individual, organisation and systemic level towards a hopeful 21st C. I work with mission-led value-driven organisations, enterprises and their people (for and not for profit). I particularly support cultural organisations develop their models and approaches to create sustainable enterprises and develop great people and great ideas. Separately I am involved in projects around beauty, intimacy and the senses.
